Position Description:

Responsible for confirming and verifying all loan application information. Assisting our Loan Officers to ensure a timely and accurate experience for our clients throughout the entire mortgage process.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review documentation (i.e. tax returns, bank statements, pay stubs, etc) to make sure everything meets program guidelines, and sign off on received conditions once underwritten.
  • Review file documentation to ensure all necessary items have been requested.
  • Order and review all necessary AUS, appraisal documentation, as well as all required credit and underwriting documentation.
  • Proficient with Calyx Point; able to manage your loan pipeline as well as conduct credit and underwriting analysis.
  • Work closely and coordinate fees schedule with title company for closing docs.
